Formatting/Re-Design Requirements:
Please submit your document via the link provided or allow us access to your Google Drive or Dropbox link via email hello@printabli.com.
What we can do: We can format the document in Canva and ensure it is print-ready. We can re-align elements, move texts and straighten out any graphics, images or font that looks misplaced or out of line.
What we can’t do: Alter any colours, images or text that may have been created in a different software originally, which layers are protected and not formattable in Canva. In this case, we will review the document and if there are any issues prohibiting us from being able to fully format and edit your document, you will be refunded in full. We also cannot write, edit or change any written content. This is not included in the price so please bare this in mind when you submit your order.
Design Requirements: Please submit any written content as PDFS. We cannot edit image files so anything that has written content MUST be submitted as PDFS. Please submit any logos or images as PNG or JPEG files with at least 300dpi.
Please note: Once the formatting has been fully approved and agreed upon, no further changes can be made unless there are any errors our end. Any further changes will be subject to additional charges. Length and amount of detail in this document will determine the price.
